Small Snippits

A cute little back garden gate I saw when running this week. It opens up (behind me) to a turnip field on a hill that overlooks the city.

This week has been a little less eventful than last week, but that's ok.  Jason has been working nights temporarily, so our schedules are completely off which has made hanging out together a little challenging.  Its also been very hot, so my solo excursions have been limited as well.  

I've been running and working on German to keep busy.  We're heading to Munich tomorrow, so I'm looking forward to that!  We'll stop in Stuttgart on the way there and then hit Neuschwanstein Castle on the way back.

Another particularly lush section of my run. Much different than my runs in Kuwait!

This is Tiger Spice chai tea mix. They have torn the orange label off a can and applied it to another can, that's why it looks weird, but this is quite possibly the best Chai mix I've ever had. I actually discovered it at World Market in the U.S. first, so when I saw it at a stand at the farmers market this morning, I had to take a picture. If you see this stuff, buy it. You won't regret it.

Another farmer's market find. I can't remember the names of these flowers, but they were just so perfect!

A quick snapshot of the farmers market this morning. Not as busy as the Saturday one, but I almost prefer that.
